Boomshanker – The Plan

Boomshanker have a very original sound as they blend psychedelic rock with indie and the result is amazing! It lies somewhere in between the two styles and takes the best bits from both to create an astonishing sound. Any fans of indie or psychedelic rock – listen to this band as they are highly original and I am sure that you will enjoy them as much as I do. This song, ‘The Plan’ has been produced by Gavin Monaghan (producer for Idlewild, jesus and mary chain, miss black america, terris) and from this information you can really tell that this song is something special. It is a really melodic track and the sound is as always a totally original experience and I am sure that if this band wanted to they could easily conquer the mainstream with tracks like this one. I really like this song as it is really great and I have never heard anything like it in my life so they obviously aren’t just copying something that someone else has already had success with! I am sure that in years to come this band will have influenced many young people to form their own bands and maybe some will even be as good as Boomshanker are. With a smooth and original sound I think that this band have the power to make it big before the year is out.

The band are going to Italy in May to be on ROCK TV there. The band will be making a video for this track and it will be going on ROCK TV in Italy and also they may be having a trip to Boston as well so America, watch out! Also, Keith Skully will be engineering for the band at Birmingham Academy.
